Mic issue faced

 Can anyone here tell me what's wrong with my Phone A71, whenever I try to talk someone, my mic doesn't work and I have to restart then it works. After some time it happens again.

you see your phone protector cover your mic

brother I don't use protector cover.

see that if upper mic which is located on the top side of mobile is covered with any gel paper etc..
