Mic Problem during call loud speaker

I recetly bought galaxy a31...everything is good but when i make a call and put on loudspeaker, reciver can not listen to my voice so i have to use the phone against my ear piece...

It is easier to use loudspeaker sometime but it seems my phone mic on loudspeaker is not working..

Any ideas how to fix it ??

common in A series if mobile is in warranty..replace it or repair it from samsung

u will be using a protective sheet on back....whick covers the microphone....use a pin to make a hole in microphone..i had the same problem but now its fixed

uncover the upper mic which is located on the top side of mobile.
so unblock it by using pin and clear the mic hole.
