Managing of notifications

Can I stop appearing notifications on the above notification panel and appear as only a small number on the respective app's icon?

You change the notification settings of the app to silent. It will stop displaying pop ups.

Simply block the notifications on the notification panel And leave the app badges on default settings.

I am using samsung a32 and Block Option is not showing.

Go in the settings. Choose apps.. and then block the notifications of apps that you dont want on quick panel

Well if you dont want to see any notifications on the status bar or show only the number of notifications
Then you to to Settings -> Notification -> Advanced settings
Then you will see an option called "Show notification icons"
There you can choose to show notifications in icons or numbers or choose not to show any notifications at all
