Lags & Slow Performance Samsung A04e

After new update, Samsung a04e lags too much during navigation in apps, for example it lags when 1080p video is played on YouTube. I found temporary solution by turning on "Disable HW Overlay" in developers options. Please push a software update fixing this issue. Please reply after investigation.
