When I connect the earphone (data on), that is, when I receive a WhatsApp call, the person answering the call hears a certain sound (like the sound coming from a radio without signal). When I connect the earphone and play an online multiplayer game, I hear the same sound..
But I don't hear any such sound during normal calls when I connect the earphone.. There is nothing wrong with the earphones.. If there is an issue with the jack, then that sound should be heard during normal calls too.. What is this issue?
As you said on the above occasions, I also use wired headphones, but i have not experienced any problems, which you said.
So I think it should be a problem with your wired earphone most probably. So I suggest you to clean the 3.5 mm headphone jack port and try from another earphone and see it.
