Earphone එක connect කරලා ( data on ) ඒ කියන්නේ whastapp call එකක් ගනිද්දි call එක answer කරන පුද්ගලයාට යම්කිසි ශබ්දයක් ඇහෙනවා ( signal නැති radio එකකින් එන ශබිදය වගේ ) Earphone connect කරලා online multiplayer game එකක් play කරද්දි ත් ඒ විදියට ම ඒ ශබ්දය ඇහෙනවා..

ඒත් Earphone connect කරලා ගන්න normal call වල ඒ වගේ කිසිම ශබ්දයක් ඇහෙන්නේ නෑ.. earphones වල කිසිම අවුලක් නෑ.. jack එකේ issue එකක් තියෙනවා නම් normal call වලත් ඒ ශබ්දය ඇහෙන්න ඕන නේ.. මොකක්ද මේ issue එක ?

As you said on the above occasions, I also use wired headphones, but i have not experienced any problems, which you said.

So I think it should be a problem with your wired earphone most probably. So I suggest you to clean the 3.5 mm headphone jack port and try from another earphone and see it.
