Does this actually show battery drain. Or does it detect only if the battery as some serious issue

After using the phone for like 2 or 3 years the battery life becomes Normal. It switches from Good to Normal. After that when its time to replace the battery it will show it in red colour.

Yes definitely. It will change over the time.

This diagnostic test shows your battery health. Like how many percentages you can actually use from the battery. "Good" means battery is almost brand new. "Normal" means normal, and when the time to change the battery, it shows "Weak"
