I think your device is not eligible for os 14. If You want to update on os 14 you should update through of laptop. (Manual update)

Samsung promised 3 generation updates, but A32 only got 2 generation updates. Why?

Well, I guess if I don't get Android 14  ver.6  as my final 3rd OS update it will be time to search a new phone brand. I won't purchase another Samsung phone if they aren't supporting my A32 5g as they say they would.
