Gallery Crash

Why my Samsung A51 (android 10, UI2.0) gallery crash when i open the details of any pic or video in the gallery?

clear the memory on daily basis...!!!
optimize the phone regularly...!!!
dnt use memory card for saving gallery contents....!!!

its quite enoying for me, again and again gallery crashes

try to clear cache of galley app
restart you phone then check

now only the option remains is
take backup and reset your phone. it seems the problem in current firmware.

because my data is about 100 GB and OneDrive is insufficient. for this

If you do this dont forget to inform !

use smart switch from any pc or laptop then take backup. no matter how much your data size, all data will backup and restore easily.

but smart switch only gives me the option of backing up from phone to phone (new to old , vice Versa)
