Why my Samsung A51 (android 10, UI2.0) gallery crash when i open the details of any pic or video in the gallery?

but smart switch only gives me the option of backing up from phone to phone (new to old , vice Versa) how i sync my data to my windows pc

recommend me any backup cloud because my data is about 100 GB and OneDrive is insufficient. for this

already done everything you mentioned but still problem existsits quite enoying for me, again and again gallery crashes
