I am using Galaxy A56 for a month and facing issue related to ending calls or unlocking phone. Over all touch screen is working fine. Sometimes it stucks in fingerprint unlock. Fingerprint is not working or when call someone or receive a call and try to end call it doesn't work. It seems like a software glitch. If someone else is facing the same problem and has solution of it then please let me know.
Mine wasn't letting me enter the password the other day. I could click on the screen but I couldn't enter a digital number or enter the password using numbers. I also clicked on the power off button, but now the phone requires me to enter the password, but it wouldn't let me do that either. So I had to hold down the power button for 7 seconds and it worked.
