Caller gets phone ringing but not ringing on recipient's phone samsung a56 5g

It's two times happened with me, caller kept calling me in WhatsApp and cellular, but not ringing or alerting to me on samsung galaxy a56 5g at all.

Someone please help me what could be the reason. My phone is always on and software also updated. Either cellular or WiFi network always available. Even if phone is out of network, the caller shall not be displayed as ringing. Multiple callers faced same issue while calling me at the same time

Already cleared, but problem is not only with WhatsApp but cellular network as well. At the same time including WhatsApp dual app
