Galaxy A21;Whenever i put my phone on speaker no one can hear

Hi, i have samsung galaxy A21. Whenever i put my phone on speaker ; other person on call can not hear me. I dont know what is the problem. Can anyone plz guide. Regards.

May be its cover with protector

Check your mic on upper side of mobile. Sometimes jelly paper cover it or mobile back cover
