Why is bixby, good lock app not working for me?

What device (Model) do you use?

Bixby and Good Lock apps are only available for some devices, mostly flagship phones and some mid range devices like A53 series.

Not together with a15

A15 does not support the apps.

But still if you need Good Lock apps you can download them from third party store ( APK mirror is recommended) and use an app like Nice Lock or Fine Lock in Play Store as an alternative for Good Lock to access the apps. However there is no way to get Bixby.

In case a15 is a one ui core based device so if you want to experience good lock and Bixby you must have one ui based device 😀
