Sometime local call pa mic work ni krta call cutt kr k 2bara krni parti phr awaz aga jaati kia kisi or k saath b aisa issue aa raha?

U can check the status of your mic in samsung member diagnostic,and of its not responding, u need to get a new mic installed, and u can also check that there is no jelly tape on your mic,which can prevent mic for responding.

I am facing the same problem in A33, sometimes the mic stops and I have reached a analogy that it is the problem within software,not in the mobile phone.
