Didn't work vibration mode

Anyone know how to enable vibration mode because i checked my phone system vibration everything is enable....but still didn't vibrate.

Open samsung members, go to support tab, select phone diagnostics and then select vibration, check whether the phone vibrates. If it doesn't your motor either failed or due to a phone drop it's contacts came loose

I have checked this too but it didn't vibrate here either. Now what is the solution?

How old is the phone and when did it stop working?

I bought the cell in June and the vibration issue came in early December when I updated the cell since then the vibration mode is off.

Ig the vibration unit is faulty, send it for a warranty claim
