restar the phone, clear app cache and data. if still doesnt work restart ur phone in safe mode. press and hold power button till the power off windows come. then touch and hold the power off button and it will say restart in safe mode. check in safe mode. if still the issue continues do a hard reset and if it works then there must be a third party application which is causing the problem delete them one by one which u suspect.
