There are a few things that could be causing this issue. Give these steps a shot:
1. **Caller ID Settings**: Make sure your Caller ID is turned on in your phone settings.
2. **Contact Format**: Double-check that your contacts have the area code included.
3. **SIM Card**: Try taking out your SIM card and putting it back in.
4. **Network Settings**: You might want to reset your network settings, or just give your provider a shout.
5. **Software Update**: Don't forget to update your phone’s operating system!
If you’re still running into problems, just hit up your service provider for help.
