Call recording problem

please give guidance how to set call recording option 

my phone not give the call recording option 

so kindly tell the in a case how it get rid from it ?

Call recorders doesn't work any more. I have tried so many of them.
Then found out that google playstore have changed their policies etc, so now you can't record other peoples' voice during a call, except your own.

Well, yeah I agree Google playstore updated their policies so you can't record call while attending. So that can't be helped...

but my recorder is recording other's voice by recording call which I download from playstore
