Call record feature

Call record feature in not available in my galaxy A15. How to get it or any alternative ways???

I had the same software version as yours(dkr) . After following a YouTube tutorial I was able to enable the call recording feature.
You can change it to EGY Or ILO to get call recording.
I changed it to ILO

Do you receive any software updates after change your CSC??

Yes. I changed it before the 6.1 update. After I changed I received it.

Your csc has to be one of the supported ones to have that feature.(Check it under About phone》software information》service provider software version.)

All the supported CSC s,

Bangladesh (BNG) Call only
Thailand (CAM/MYM/THL) Call + SPay
Egypt (EGY) Call only
Israel (ILO) Call only
India (INS) call + Samsung pay
Laos (LAO) Call only
Libya (BTC/LYS) Call only
Nepal (NPL) Call only
Sri Lanka (SLK) Call only
Allergy (TMC/WTL) Call only
Tunisia (TUN) Call only
Vietnam (XXV) Call + SPay
Indonesia (XID) Call only

(If your phone is under none of these then try changing the CSC through SAMFW but do it at your own risk. **Make sure to see the supported CSC s for your phone before doing it** )

Will this be a problem for software updates?

It might. But you can always roll back to the previous csc if you get that problem. There's almost more than few CSC codes available for one device so you can try changing them until you get both options (call recording and software updates) Or you can just get updated via SAMFW when they release a software update for your phone and then roll back to your original CSC for the time being and update your phone and then change the CSC again.

(PLEASE BE NOTED: Make sure you know what you're doing. It's kinda risky but if you could find the one that works for both call recording and software updates, that's the jackpot)
