Battery Issue🤕

Does A20 (4000)mAh battery lasts this long. Only 19 Hours with combined use ..😒🥴 Moreover After 20 % it get empty in only [5-10] minutes .🤔 What is this !! I never encountered such thing from any previous Samsung phone I brought. Are All A20 users are facing the Same problem or my phone's Battery is worn out by the Time , by charging with Power banks.

Also in A10, when 15% is remains. Battery discharging is fast.

same problem was in my note 8 and s9 when battery reaches 20% it started to drop fast

all Samsung devices behave similar after 1.5 to 2 years of operation.
power banks also damage the batteries
