Alphabetical letters are Replaced With Dots Since Android 12

Just wondering that Android 13 is still lacking the Alphabetical letters from the scrolbar in Contacts/Phone app to search contacts.

How ridiculous and a step backward it is. If you put your finger on the scroll bar and slide down to locate a contact the letters appear as floaters. No more letters.
