Anyone facing issue while capturing picture or scanning document using 50MP setting, the picture is sliding away a little. Not capturing the same frame which is intended to capture. In both scanning a document and taking a picture. I tried after restarting, still this problem remains. Please help me if anyone has a solution. By the way, it's not due to shaking hand away
I've been having a similar issue! Just received my A56 yesterday and when using the 50mp camera, it doesn't seem to capture what is on the screen, but instead shifts everything to the right.
It seems to be related to switching the aspect ratio of the 50mp camera to 'full'. I've also been reading that apparently it is a software issue and there is nothing we can do about it. We're just gonna have to wait for an update, very frustrating if that's true!
