Bhai agr kisi ne csc change kiya tha a52s ka UAE meh update k liye to woh mujhy yeh btayn kya unk wifi calling option arha h ja gaib h..?

Never change CSC. Every country get update according to their mobile networks configurations. Your best chance now is to reflash PKD firmware through odin.

Try factory reset. Every company recommends factory reset after every major os update. Device adopts changes very well after factory reset. I did it as well.
