A20 Battery

After 20% to 15% battery drains too fast like in 5 to 10 minutes it shutdowns itself steadily 1% goes like in 30s, even though I turn on the Ultra power saving mode the position of the battery is same.

Is this my phone's battery or software issue. Not upgraded to One UI 2 yet.

I never faced such issue on previous samsung devices.😒

Mere phone ki battery 1 year main hi itne weak hogai ke 20% ke baad esa lagta hai baqaida phone battery pee raha hai...🙄

android 9 pay aesy e tha lakin android 10 py update hony k baad farkk par gaya hay ab nahi hoti itni

try this code *#0228# to check your battery. if it remains same then it's software problem after upgraded to android 10. if it drops then battery issue...
