A10S microphone problem in video call

I bought new a10s mobile and after few months use when in video call either whatsapp or skype its microphone is not working rather i can hear my own voice back while in simple audio call its microphone works perfectly. I have reset all phone but of no use can someone help.

uncover the upper mic which is located on upper side it will be covered with any paper or protective sheet.

worked! dude saved my day, after trying everything else this was it! Mic hole on the top was filled with some fat / wax / food residue, I gently pushed whathever that was, into the phone, using a thin steel nail, which cleared the hole.

paper is blocking the mic hole.
loud speaker will also not work untill you uncover the mic hole.

it worked for My A31 as it's mic was covered with Jelly Back paper and I was worried about it as I was unable to communicate better on video call.

abhi toh aye hai kuch din pehlay one ui 2.1.. thoda time toh lage ga aglay update mai.
