4k video support on A32

I downloaded a 4k movie on my galaxy a32, but when i tried to play it it showed me File Not Supported. 

Even on youtube there is no option to play the video on 4k, max resolution on Yt is 1440p. 

While on specs sheet the resolution on galaxt a52 and galaxy s21Fe are same which i also have and they support 4k, why a32 is unable to run 4k movie?

Nah i m not talking about camera , movies ki bat kr rha hu mtlb jis trah Avengers ki movie myne 4k myn download ki lakin wo nai chali aur na hi youtube pay wo resolution show ho rhi hai

Its processor can't support 4k movies

Use MX Player with SW or HW+ decoder.

Ohh thank u it worked , but only SW decoder worked , it was not allowing me to use HW+ and also the movie fot very laggy , but anyways thanks for the help mate .

You Welcome dear, some files support SW but not HW+ and some support HW+ not SW and some support both.

I did send the videos of iphone to a32 but it says me that it can not supports it
