My phone is not supporting some mp4 videos

My Samsung A32 is unable to play certain mp4 videos. Although its software is updated to the latest version, still I'm facing this issue. 

Some of them play on VLC player, but this is not the solution. I can't upload those videos to social media reels, stories and posts. I work as a social media manager, urgently need my issue to be resolved

The default video codec doesn't support all video formats. Ull need a third party app. It's a common issue with mid range phones.
