Regret being a Beta Tester!

Hi friends, 

I was a beta tester from one ui 1 to till now in various andriod versions but I never regreted it as Samsung was so quick to listen the feedback and push quick updates to fix the issues. But One UI 7 beta participation is the worst mistake I could ever take.

Not only Samsung delayed the beta updates but they dont even listen to the feedback and just provide a **bleep** reply to attach video or evidence, even if I attach the proof, its bluntly ignored saying that they never found any issues with the log file sent.

Seriously, This is a joke. I am beyond fed up with the **bleep** update schedule and useless responses from the dev team. Samsung is postponed the One UI 7 to give us the best experience of the update but Jokes On Us lol, its a lie as they clearly couldnt deliver a simple andriod update without bugs which led to halt of software update all over the world. 

Whats the point of testing so many beta versions?

This beta 2 is so full of bugs and we are suffering it for a **bleep** month without any optimization. I will never participate in any of the future beta program of Samsung.

I suggest you same as boycott beta participation as they clearly dont care at Samsung customers.

Except Samsung, Everyother device of our price range has recieved Andriod 15 and here we are still waiting for Samsung to treat us good lol.

This is so funny but I am done with Samsung and I will never buy another Samsung device. Its just hopeless at this point. 7 years of Updates? What a joke when they cant even deliver one proper update. Samsung is like We dont care about our old users! We just want to sell our new phones with **bleep** promises. 

Buy our phone! Give us your money every year!

Only problem is all other brands are Chinese. Although most of them are of better quality. Its just Chinese company i don't want to give money.

Samsung's consistent and positive track record with beta and stable updates is commendable.

We anticipate a resolution to the current issues stemming from significant underlying architectural changes (excluding AI or UI modifications).
