I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with a Samsung TV that I purchased two years ago. The product details are as follows:

Approximately one year after purchasing the TV, I noticed a vertical line on the screen. Fortunately, there were only two days left on the warranty, so I promptly claimed the warranty, and the issue was fixed by your service team. However, they mentioned that if the warranty had expired, the repair would have cost me around 50,000 PKR, even though the product price was 90,000 PKR.
To my disappointment, the same vertical line reappeared on the screen after just 2-3 months. Now, the line is getting bigger. Given that the issue has recurred so soon after the initial repair, I am highly concerned about the quality and reliability of this product.
I request that Samsung takes appropriate action to resolve this issue.
Please let me know how you plan to address this matter at your earliest convenience. I have been a loyal Samsung customer, always using your products with no hesitation. I was also planning to buy a Samsung monitor, but with this issue, I am uncertain about what to do next, as I literally forced my dad to buy Samsung instead of a different company. I hope this issue can be resolved promptly and satisfactorily.
Lesson : Never buy Samsung products having display like phones and LED TVs. This is my last Samsung phone insha'Allah. Will never buy their product in future. My personal experience is that at the end of every OLED panel is Green line or shade or Dot. But Samsung is worst of all in this regard. Maximum life of Samsung phones panel is 1-2 year. If your device is working fine after this period so keep in mind it's a bonus time. Anytime you can get these lines.
