nope it's broken from inside near the headset jack you can't tell where it is broken from i have wasted my so many pairs of hands free and headsets

already told ya it's broken or dislocated when the wire connects to the joint it start producing sound again for a while so yes it's broken you can give headset for repairing to someone who repairs stereo systems and audio systems but handsfree it can't be fixed
