secure folder is a mess,it will just create a clone of your app in secure folder so both copies will remain active.its something else than an applock.

In secure folder once you register your number there in whatsapp
Then uninstall the one which is outside secure folder.

yah. you should have a seperate contact clone in the secure folder with all of your contacts.
