I have shifted from IOS to android but I lost all whatsapp chat which is very important to me, is there any way I can get the chat recovered from I cloud to android?.

Yes you need to Uninstall the whatsapp and then install again after restarting your device or clear the space of whatsapp by deleting cache and files. Once it is installed again, it will demand you to either restore chat or skip. Choose restore and your chat will be restored
