Updates are issued region wise, and I think unfortunately our region is at last.

They Give Priority to India
or I say after 2 or 3 countries update comes in India.

It is determined by various factors, number of official headset counts, control of service providers, security of hand set, insurance and other risk factors. Although Pakistan is a huge market of cell phones but it is unorganised and un accountable. As a very tiny island in Caribbean or Europe will be high factor market with lesser sales.
