Samsung A10s Proximity sensor Issue

I have purchased Samsung A10s 5 days ago but i m still facing Proximity sensor issue. sensor is not working properly when I call someone and put away my phone from ear the screen could not active.i have already update the software.

Please help me because its so annoying.

take his neck with your fist and say it's your problem and i'm gonna break you down if you don't take this phone back.i want all the money which i paid for it.i think it's the solution.
