Provision of Good lock app.

I am repeating my appeal to Samsung officials that provide Good lock app and paid themes,wallpapers,icons and apps to Pakistani galaxy users. Samsung is providing all abovementioned items in India 

Why Pakistani Galsxy users are not allowed to use these apps and contents. Samsung this attitude is not justified.
