Why Can't We Use One UI 4.0 Beta In Pakistan?

Is it possible to Use VPN for it?

Apple beta program is not restricted but Samsung beta program is for few regions which is quite frustrating

I don't think so we can use vpn , as each samsung phone is given a unique number , and its first few digits represent the country, no matter what you do , that code won't change using a vpn , so I think it's inpossible
