Community GuidelinesFollow These Steps
- Open the Email app on your Samsung Note 9.
- Tap on the Menu icon, usually represented by three horizontal lines or dots, located at the top-left corner of the screen.
- Scroll down and select "Settings" from the menu options.
- In the Settings menu, scroll down and tap on "Accounts."
- You will see a list of all the email accounts added to your Note 9. To change the order, you need to remove and re-add the accounts in the desired order.
- Tap on the email account that you want to move to a different position in the list.
- In the account settings, look for an option like "Remove account" or "Delete account" and select it. Confirm the removal when prompted.
- Once the account is removed, go back to the "Accounts" section and tap on the "+" or "Add account" button.
- Follow the prompts to add the email account again. Repeat this process for all the email accounts you want to reorder, adding them in the desired order.
- After adding the accounts in the preferred order, go back to the Email app's main screen, and you should see the email accounts arranged according to your changes.

Community GuidelinesThis solution is ridiculous. Did your engineers delete their common sense? There should be an option to select and move each email account and not have to uninstall and reinstall to obtain an order modification.
How did this even get by sandbox and staging? Sad.

Community GuidelinesOnce you add a 3rd or 4th account it becomes clear that they appear in the list in the order they were added. So your approach will already have occurred to anyone who has this problem. Your solution, besides being obvious, doesn't scale. I have 55 accounts at 4 different hosts. Doing it the way you suggest would take a whole day, and that is only if I didn't make a mistake even once.
The real answer to this question is You can't.

Community GuidelinesI try to be reasonable with my judgements, but I must agree with others, this solution is extremely non user friendly, to say the least. Samsung needs to wake their developers up, or hire new ones.

Community GuidelinesI too would like a proper means of reorganizing my Email accounts in the Samsung Email app, just like I used to on my iPhones! Having to delete and re-add your account is ridiculously time-wasting, as your phone would need to redownload/sync ALL the emails all of over again! In the process, you'll be getting old notifications for a long while as it re-syncs all of them.
Fix this small but mighty issue Samsung!
