Display flickering

Assalamoalaikum 

I have Samsung galaxy J7 core, 3 days ago recieved Samsung updates for my mobile iam just installed it, then after 3 hour or 4 hours i observed display flickering, so tried to restarted my mobile but problem not remove please suggest any solution. Thanks

It's old enough so don't install heavy updates
