Bixby not working Properly on S9+

Hi guys, 

i am using S9+ recently bought it.

Bixby doesn't work as advertised in the tutorials and like on youtube videos.

Are you guys also facing the same problems?
Like 

1) it Doesn't downalod any app from Google play store

2) it doesn't call #Uber

3) it doesn't find #restaurants or places in maps around you 

4) it doesn't #read me my messages as advertised in the tutorials.

I have watched alot of videos on YouTube where Bixby interacts with Facebook and Instagram and posts pics there but i can't do that. It tells me that i am sorry.

The Samsung live agents don't know **bleep** about #Bixby and they just say reset my device but i reset it a month ago.

Help me out guys!

they literally advertise ordering a uber in the bixby tutorial videos. if its of no use why advertise?

Pakistanis always get less benefits of the tech bcz people here only care about the basics and pay heavy amounts on premium phones. But in Europe and US people pay less and get more features even Bixby vision has less features in Pakistan than in US or Europe.
why should we settle for less? if we pay for premium we should get all the premium features and it's up to us if we want to use it or not!

Doesn't work as portrayed by Samsung in Bixby tutorial videos.
it just opens up the app but you can ask it to book you a ride as mentioned in the Samsung Officially Bixby tutorials.

But it works in the EU and US.
just for Pakistan they don't cater any features.
i have seen many videos on youtube about it.
Samsung Pakistan just provides basic features to consumers whereas USA UK and EU get full features of a premium device.

Yup Bixby have no function to post any thing on Facebook

Actually Samsung Does have the feature to post anything on Fb and instagram by using Bixby.
search on Youtube and you will see.
But Pakistan is Not fortunate enough to enjoy the full features of a premium device while USA EU consumers get all the access
