Go to Settings and in the Search tab write-->
System UI

Go to System UI 》 Notifications
here you find many things like

• Battery Full
• Screenshot
• Phone Restarted

just select which you want to change
Go to Battery Full 》 Sound

If you want anyother tone
just download from net and copy from downloads to paste in this location
Internal Storage》Notifications

i couldn't find it there. instead I just searched "system ui" in setting and I found it.
