Based on your inquiry regarding the update
Home screen, touch Apps > Settings Kindly follow the below steps:
Restart your phone.
Check the updates.
Settings > Advanced Features > S Pen > S Pen Remote, and then make sure the switch is toggled on.
In settings tap on Advanced features.
Tap on S Pen.
Tap on Air actions.
Tap menu option.
Tap on Reset S Pen.
S Pen is being reset and reconnected.
Reset S Pen has been completed.
You can do S pen test to check if it’s working or not , Phone dial > *#0*#
Tab ‘wacom test’ Or ‘ Spen’, and then move S-pen across the yellow grid at a time. The grid will turn green.
If there is no issue during the test, we recommend that you perform a factory data reset to resolve this issue using the steps below:-
Launch the Settings app and tap General management → Reset → Factory data reset →
RESET → DELETE ALL.
Ensure all user data is backed up using smart switch
from the link below and then use the backup tool to create a data backup
