When will wifi model of tab a 10.1 will get updated to one ui 3.0

Will samsung galaxy note 9 recieve the update similar to s10 series which will bring the features of note 10 to note 9? 

Galaxy note 9 camera buzzing and vibrating whenever I zoom above 2x and open live focus.. Impossible to take pictures with live focus.. tried resetting camera and phone settings and safe mode too.. but the problem exists.. Any solutions? PS the phon...
