Goodday samsung members..... after 3 beautiful years of owning my s21ultra , this evening after using my phone as per normal, a green line has appeared on my screen . I need help . PLEASE .
@Dali1234 , they refused and said it's only for devices under 24 months old . After showing them they the website clearly states s 21 ultra is including and the replacement is up until September 2025 they still just refused
So with everyone's help and some of my own research....I took my phone to a samsung store today and they refused to do the replacement.....im heartbroken . Nomore samsungs for me I guess
