Goodday samsung members , just wanted to ask if anyone knows , is there any truth to the free screen replacement from samsung do to one ui 6.1 causing gree line on your screen . TIA

I've read a few articles pertaining to this. Not only have they agreed to fix the green line issue, but they have extended the time frame for claims.

So with everyone's help and some of my own research....I took my phone to a samsung store today and they refused to do the replacement.....im heartbroken . Nomore samsungs for me I guess

Did they give a reason for rejecting the repair or is the whole "free replacement" a lie?

@Dali1234 , they refused and said it's only for devices under 24 months old . After showing them they the website clearly states s 21 ultra is including and the replacement is up until September 2025 they still just refused

They are now saying it's for India not South Africa... We cannot accept this. 

I'm going to find out how we can get the word out to higher powers. I suggest we all try.
