Recently bought Samsung A07, after few days i received 3000 PSO voucher. I filled a form to redeem it but it says "invalid imei/not eligible for promotion.Any solution for this error very dissapointed with samsung services

I called maon twice he says this error is from samsung iam not responsible for this claim and when i called samsung care they said this is error due to PSO system
