Watch 4 LTE error code -1

I have samsung galaxy watch 4 lte. I have tried all the networks including esim and scom but unfortunately i cant get mobile plan working on my watch, it gives me error code -1. Can someone plz help me

Bit if i r refering to pta tax , i have scom sim, which is working perfectly in my pta blocked samsung z fold 4. Then y isnt it giving error on scom

They gives you some trail or time. I think 2 months.
