Samsung isn't resolving those complaints which are addressed at their Helpline.

I report an issue regarding Buds for thrice, on each call they same repeated sentence "OUR CONCERENED DEPARTMENT WILL CONTACT YOU WITH 72 HOUR". Its third week they havn't contact yet.
I have pre-booked #NOTE20ULTRA with whom they have to give #GalaxyBuds, so i go through the whole process of #SamsungMember #voucher code & to order it from #Daraz.pk but i got a error there #yourvouchercodeisnotstackable so i report this to #SAMSUNGOFFICALHELPLINE & report this issue thrice but its 3rd week they haven't resolved this issue neither they had make a call to me regarding this matter.
