Hello, I am Shahzeb residing in Karachi Pakistam. Recently my friend ordered galaxy watch ultra titanium gray from UAE on behalf of me. He also ordered galaxy watch ultra trail band for me from samsung uae official website. He delivered both watch and band on last Saturday November 23, 2024. The watch is working fine but Samsung original trail band is not attaching and removing easily with the watch. I need to apply force to attach and remove the band. I have ordered some local bands and they are easily attachable and working fine.
Can anyone please guide what would be the issue?
Also, the order was placed on November 18 and my friend is on vacation and he is in Karachi, Pakistan these days and will return yo UAE on December 10, 2024. Will it be exchanged or returned after a gap of almost 3 weeks?
