Malfunctioning bluetooth headphones after software update.

Is anyone experiencing this after the software update?

Eventhough the Bluetooth headset can be connected it doesn't play audio on any platforms.

When trying to play video the video wouldn't play as well.

Any fix for this please ,

That's a marshall major 3 bluetooth headphone.

The phone. Samsung A52....the headphones functioned normally before the software update of the phone.
